Shower With a View
This peaceful and private home is nestled down a quiet right of way where it backs onto a native kauri reserve. The bathroom was outdated, but with a tall window looking out over the reserve, the client wanted the bathroom to compliment this. So we knocked out a redundant wardrobe that backed onto it and extended the bathroom. After some thoughtful remodelling, the bathroom is now functional, spacious and modern with a shower and bath that both get to gaze out the window at the native greenery.
Entertainers Dream
This backyard had been neglected for a long time. The steep slope made it mostly unuasable but with the huge area available, we had a vision to unleash the potential and turn it into a tiered entertainment oasis. By retaining the pathway and access, it opened up a huge deck area complimented by a block and plaster fireplace, and still alowing even more space for an artificial turf big enough for all sorts of activities while being low maintanence. All surrounded by new fencing and gates for privacy and security.

This kitchen and lounge transformation proves that you don't need a huge budget to achieve a fresh, modern look. By making smart decisions and focusing on the details that matter most, we were able to completely refresh the space without overspending. We took this entranceway from plain to polished with a few simple but effective changes that completely elevated the look and feel of the space. By freshening up the retaining walls and adding some thoughtful details, we created a welcoming first impression that feels both stylish and functional.
